Any stocking products purchased may be returned within 30 days for full refund if unused and in the original packaging. For custom or special order products contact us for return/exchange policy. We ship using the most efficient and cost effective method for the business. This may change from time to time but rest assured, your products will go out timely and well packaged. Products with manufacture warranties should be taken up with the manufacture. We are happy to help facilitate the process and can often make decisions on the behalf of our trusted partners but ultimately, it is the manufactures responsibility for the items purchased.
